​The rate includes bills, including gas, electricity, water, and internet. No utility accounts to open, no end-of-stay reconciliation. One figure, confirmed upfront.

30-night-plus contracts: We accept stays from 30 nights. Weekly housekeeping is included from night 30 onwards. For longer placements, we agree rates directly and can invoice your company.

NR1 to NR5 locations: Properties across Norwich city centre and the wider NR postcode area. Within walking distance of the train station, the ring road, and the city's main employment sites. Parking available at most properties, including spaces for vans.

Fully self-catering. Every property has a proper kitchen, not a kitchenette. Full-size appliances, workspace, blackout blinds, quality bedding. The kind of setup that holds up on a long contract, not just a two-night visit.

From studios to five-bedroom houses
We have properties sized for a single professional and for teams of up to seven. Flexible bed configurations for mixed-crew stays.

All properties are self-check-in, non-smoking and include high-speed internet. Damage deposits are refunded within 24 hours of check-out.
Businesses use our furnished, bills-included apartments and houses to relocate staff, place contract workers, and house trade teams on extended projects across Norwich and the wider Norfolk area. Extended stays of 30 nights or more are welcome.
